Hi! I'm Daniel (이승우), a photographer and a third year Industrial Design Student at Georgia Tech.
Growing up, I always wanted to be the "art kid". I took traditional art classes and would doodle on my own time and it's safe to say I never grew up to be that kid. However, an opportunity to learn photography emerged when I entered high school which would later become my gateway into design — a passion that continues to drive me today.
Design comes in many different mediums, but at the forefront, it's a way to communicate when words can’t. Whether that’s creating physical products or digital interfaces, it sparks change and creates seamless interactions between technology and the human experience. As I develop my skills, I hope to explore what sustainability looks like in a digital world and aspire not only to create, but to also be a friendly face and educate the future generation of designers!
When I’m not working, you can catch me cafe hopping, walking around all of ATL, or sleeping on a floor somewhere in the College of Design. I love meeting new people so let’s grab a coffee sometime!
